European Credit Management (ECM) has named David Thompson as head of marketing, FINalternatives reports. In the newly created role at the credit hedge fund manager, Thompson will work under CEO Stephen Zinser. Most recently, he was working with investment consultancy, Redington, as director and head of manager research. Thompson has also served at ABN AMRO and Lehman Brothers.
