Spanish wind-farm operator, Acciona, will sell two highway concessions in Chile for about $418 million, Bloomberg reports. Italy’s Atlantia has acquired the stakes in Chilean concessions, Autopista Vespucio Sur and Red Vial Litoral Central. The total valued of the transaction is estimated to be about would amount to $634.6 million, including $ 217.7 million in net debt. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria was appointed to coordinate the deal.
