Orange Capital is seeking to remove its fund manager, Charter Hall Office Management from its responsibilities.

Orange Capital is seeking to remove its fund manager, Charter Hall Office Management (CHOML) from its responsibilities. The manager, formerly known as Macquarie Office Management, oversees the Charter Hall Office REIT fund of the global investment firm.

Orange Capital, Luxor Capital, and Point Lobos Capital are also, the share holders of the fund other than CHOML. The three shareholders own 18.15% of the issued REIT units.
