ITI Group is planning to sell its controlling stake in Polish broadcaster TVN, Reuters reports, citing Puls Biznesu. The Polish media and entertainment group is looking for foreign strategic investors.
The company has contacted Time Warner, Bertelsmann, News Corp‘s Fox and an undisclosed player for the stake sale. ITI Group holds around 56.2% of the $2 billion TVN group.
