A Barclays Capital (BarCap) managing director, Brian Fagen, has resigned, Financial News reports. Fagen was the global head of equities electronic distribution in New York. Bill White, who is the head of equities electronic trading in New York, will replace Fagen. Fagen joined BarCap as part of the acquisition of Lehman Brothers’ U.S. business in 2008.
