Private equity firm, Avista Capital Partners, has appointed Charles McIlvaine to focus on investment opportunities in the consumer sector. McIlvaine will also serve as a director of Armored AutoGroup, an Avista portfolio company.
Previously, he served as global co-head of the consumer group for the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank. McIlvaine has also served at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. Click here for the release from PR Newswire.
