Cofinimmo has sold the Montoyer Science office building located in Brussels Leopold District for €57.2 million, Bloomberg reports. The Belgium real estate investment fund also sold the Veldkant offices in Kontich for €11.4 million.
Separately, Cofinimmo bought all outstanding shares in Kosalise, owner of the Susanna Wesley nursing home located in Brussels, for €6 million. The nursing home will be operated by Armonea, with whom Cofinimmo will strike a 27-year triple-net long lease, adds Europe Real Estate.
