Petrominerales is looking to invest $600 million in Colombia this year, Bloomberg reports. The company intends to drill 36 exploratory wells in 2011, including in 10 blocks in central Colombia’s Llanos basin. The Calgary-based company explores for and produces oil in Colombia. It also has operations in Peru.
