Barclays M&A Tech Head Joins JP Morgan

JP Morgan has appointed Drago Rajkovic as a managing director to lead the bank’s technology-related mergers and acquisitions group.

JP Morgan has appointed Drago Rajkovic as a managing director to lead the bank’s technology-related mergers and acquisitions (M&A) group, The Wall Street Journal reports. In the new role, he will provide strategic advice on major M&A opportunities.

Based in San Francisco, he will work under Chris Ventresca and Jim Woolery, the head of North America M&A for JP Morgan. Most recently, Rajkovic headed technology M&As at Barclays Capital.
