Tesla has not exactly been a great stock to short this year.

The electric vehicle maker’s shares have been a market leader, surging nearly 140 percent through Tuesday. However, Paul Wick, who runs the Seligman Tech Spectrum Fund, thinks now is a good time to bet the stock will sink.
