Citadel Continues to Set the Pace

Most multistrategy funds remain up by single digits this year.

Citadel’s flagship Wellington Fund tacked on 1 percent in October and is now up 13.7 percent for the year, according to a person who has seen the results.

The hedge fund headed by Ken Griffin is one of the only multistrategy funds generating double-digit gains in 2023, in what has otherwise been a ho-hum year for the strategy.
