NYSE Euronext and Deutsche Boerse have settled shareholder lawsuits over the $9.53 billion acquisition of the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, Bloomberg reports. Both the firms are paying nearly $900 million of dividends to settle the lawsuits.

The suits in Delaware and New York alleged that the all-stock merger deal offered too less for investors. Both the firms will pay shareholders $2.85 per share outstanding of the combined holding company after the planned merger is completed.
