Rreef has bought the Focus Filtrowa office complex in Warsaw for €117 million, PropertyEU reports. The office complex was sold by Aberdeen Asset Management’s Degi International open-ended property fund.
The scheme is fully rented to 30 tenants, including BMW, Glaxo SmithKline and Walt Disney. Rreef’s grundbesitz europa fund, which has €3.2 billion worth of assets, will own the Warsaw property.
