Websense is seeking to sell the company, The Wall Street Journal reports. The U.S. web security software company has appointed investment bank, Qatalyst Partners, to help with the sale process. The California-based company, which has a market capitalization of $826 million, is expected to raise around $1 billion from the sale. Websense is likely to draw interest from other security companies as well as private-equity firms.
