Broker-dealer BTIG has set up an outsource trading desk in Hong Kong, FINalternatives reports. Trevor Harrison, executive director at the firm that specializes in servicing the alternative investments industry, will lead the new venture. The Hong Kong venture will help expand BTIG’s outsource trading service to Asia. The firm had set up a similar desk in Sydney in 2010.
