ITI Group is seeking to sell its stake in Polish broadcaster TVN, Reuters reports. ITI owns a 56% controlling stake worth $1.3 billion in the blue-chip media group. Potential buyers include Time Warner, Bertelsmann and Fox. The Polish media and entertainment group has appointed JP Morgan and Nomura to find a buyer.
