ALPS Wins Brown Capital’s MFs Mandate

Baltimore-based Brown Capital Management has appointed a new administrator and transfer agent for three mutual funds.

Baltimore-based Brown Capital Management has appointed a new administrator and transfer agent for three mutual funds (MFs), MutualFundWire reports. Denver-based ALPS Fund Services will be responsible for handling the $10.7 million Brown Capital Management International Equity Fund, the $29.7 million Brown Capital Management Mid-Cap Fund and the $1.4 billion Brown Capital Management Small Company Fund.

Additionally, the investment management firm has also recommended reorganizing the funds, which are currently part of the Nottingham Investment Trust II, into the Brown Capital Management Mutual Funds trust. The proposals are required to be approved by the funds’ shareholders.
