Corpus Sireo has offloaded three office properties in Munich for €36 million, Property Week reports. The properties have been bought by fund manager Jargonnant Partners.
Goerk advised Jargonnant Partners, while Corpus Sireo was advised by Savills. Tenants at the Elsenheimerstraβe and Charles-de-Gaulle-Straβe properties include Honeywell and Sortiment. The Nymphenburger Straße asset’s tenants include several small retailers, doctors and residential tenants.
