Australian Unity Investments (AUI) has added three Investa Funds staff members to its property fund team, Investor Daily reports. Mark Lumby, Grant Nichols and Simon Beake will shift to AUI’s property funds business subsequent to its takeover of Investa Funds Management’s retail property funds.
Lumby, who was previously retail funds general manager at Investa, will now become head of office and industrial property funds at AUI. Nichols, formerly a fund manager at Investa, will become a property portfolio manager at AUI, and Beake, previously Investa fund analyst, will become a senior analyst at AUI.
