Highbridge Capital Management, the alternatives arm of JP Morgan, has unveiled a new fund offering access to commodities futures in a Ucits III format, Investment Week reports. The Highbridge Diversified Commodities fund will consist of an actively managed portfolio of 25-30 of the most liquid, major commodities. The Sicav fund will seek to invest in commodities through the futures market and meet Ucits III rules through the use of a total return swap. A team of six professionals, lead by Sassan Alizadeh and Mark Nodelman, will manage the fund.
