Mercer U.K. has appointed Emma Douglas as its workplace saving group leader, Professional Pensions reports. She joined Mercer this year to head the launch of its corporate wrap offering, the workplace savings solution.
Mercer launched its workplace savings solution with U.K. corporate benefit providers, Standard Life, Friends Provident and Zurich. Prior to joining the financial services consulting firm, Douglas was working at BlackRock, where she was head of DC sales.
