Investment firm, Makena Capital, has unveiled a new portfolio, Reuters reports. The Makena Liquid Endowment Fund will offer clients, including foundations and sovereign wealth funds, faster access to their money, which will be returned within months. The fund will avoid illiquid investments, such as private equity and developmental real estate. The vehicle has already acquired about $300 million in assets and has attracted both new clients and existing Makena investors.
