Temasek To Shed $400M Chandra Asri Stake

Temasek Holdings is seeking to sell its stake in PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical for nearly $400 million.

Temasek Holdings is seeking to sell its stake in PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical for nearly $400 million, The Wall street Journal reports. The Singapore state investment firm currently holds a 23% stake in the Indonesian company. Firms considering the acquisition of the stake include Thailand’s PTT Chemical, Siam Cement and South Korea’s Honam Petrochemical. Temasek had initially acquired about a 50% stake for $700 million.
