Pacific Investment Management Co. (Pimco) has rolled out an inflation response fund for investors seeking to hedge inflationary risks, Plan Adviser reports. The Inflation Response Multi-Asset Fund puts together Pimco’s real-return expertise and risk-factor approach to asset allocation.
Mihir Worah, managing director in Newport Beach, California, is managing the fund. The product uses a multi-asset investment strategy to spot and hedge risk, protecting it against inflation and also aiming to benefit from it.
