Chilean conglomerate Sigdo Koppers is acquiring Magotteaux for a total of €550 million. As part of the agreement, the buyer will pay €470 million in cash at the closing of the transaction.
Allen & Overy, Barros & Errazuriz and BNP Paribas are advisers to Sigdo Koppers on the sale. Liège, Belgium-based Magotteaux is a mining and cement services company.
