The Baupost Group is the latest high profile hedge fund firm to win in the battle between the Walt Disney Company and Comcast over various assets held by 21st Century Fox.
The eclectic multi-strategy shop led by Seth Klarman was up 5.1 percent in the first half of the year, with virtually all of the gains coming in the second quarter, according to an investor in one of its funds.
