Reservoir seed Lakewood closes to new investors (Magazine Version)

Lakewood Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund in New York that launched in July 2007 with seed money from Dan Stern’s Reservoir Capital, closed to outside investments in May, according to people familiar with the situation.

The generalist equity fund was launched by portfolio managers Anthony Bozza and Bill Jackson and chief financial officer Michael Antonacci.
