KGS-Alpha Raises $150M In Equity Capital

KGS-Alpha Capital Markets has added equity financing worth a total of about $75 million.

KGS-Alpha Capital Markets has added equity financing worth a total of about $75 million. The additional financing has brought the total equity capital raised in the last six months to around $150 million. The fund raising effort for the New York-based fixed income broker-dealer was led by KGS-Alpha co-founder and board member, Reza Satchu. The equity investment was headed by an affiliate of Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, the Canadian pension plan with over $30 billion in net assets.
