Banks and other financial institutions say new regulations pose the greatest threat to the industry over the next year, according to a survey by CBI and PricewaterhouseCoopers. CBI reports that concern over regulation was at its highest percentage by banks and financial institutions since it began the quarterly surveys in 1989. The survey also found that banks expect to cut more jobs over the next 12 months.
