Echo Investment has sold Park Postepu prime office complex in Warsaw to Austrian-listed real estate investor-developer Immofinanz Group, PropertyEU reports. Echo raised €102 million through the sale.
The facility is fully rented to national and international tenants. Erste Group Bank provided the financing to the buyer. Echo will use the sale proceeds to secure the sources of financing of the projects prepared for the development, adds Property Magazine International.
