Barclays Private Equity has sold its French online travel agency Karavel-Promovacances, The Wall Street Journal reports. LBO France acquired the agency, which was founded by Alain de Mendonca, Folco Aloisi and Marc Lacouture. LBO France will seek to continue the company’s geographical expansion. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed, but it is estimated to be worth about €200 million.
