Structured finance performance in the Asia-Pacific was less volatile last year than it was in 2009 for most countries in the region except Japan, according to Fitch Ratings.

Structured finance performance in the Asia-Pacific was less volatile last year than it was in 2009 for most countries in the region except Japan, according to Fitch Ratings. Fitch noted that nearly half of the bonds in the region carry a top rating by the agency and have a stable outlook. The total number of rating changes last year fell sharply from 173 in 2009 to 76.
