Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB) has hired eight financial advisers from different firms, The Wall Street Journal reports. Judy Keng, Sue Teng and Shao Te joined the firm’s team in Palo Alto, California, while Jack Wong and Darryl Ng joined the firm’s San Jose office.
All the five advisers, who have previously worked with Wells Fargo, will be reporting to Patricia Benner, the firm’s Silicon Valley complex manager. William Bullock and Gayle Bullock have joined the firm from Merrill Lynch & Co., reporting to complex manager Lance Million. The firm has also appointed Brandon Hunt, also based in Newport Beach, from Merrill.
