New York Life’s mutual fund unit MainStay Funds is seeking to close its growth fund, MutualFundWire reports. The liquidation of the 130/30 Growth Fund will take place on or about Sept. 30, 2011.
The fund has asset under management of $4.2 million. Two additional 130/30 offerings in MainStay listings are the MainStay 130/30 Core and the 130/30 International.
