Horizons Exchange Traded Funds and BetaPro Management have rolled out a new currency exchange-traded fund (ETF) in Australia. Through the Horizons Australian Dollar Currency ETF, investors will be able to conduct foreign currency investing directly.
The product aims to reflect the price in Canadian and Australian dollars. The fund, which will invest in cash and its equivalents that are determined in Australian dollars, has started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange from July 20, 2011.
