Hedge Funds Anticipate Uber IPO
At least six hedge funds have made investments in the ride sharing giant, which just filed plans to go public.
It’s official: Uber Technologies has finally filed with regulators its plans to go public.
In an S-1 filing, the ride-sharing firm did not set a price range or the number of shares it plans to offer. It also did not say when it plans to begin trading, but the Wall Street Journal reported that it will probably take place in early May.
