Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust is planning to award an $85 million mandate to an active international equity manager, Pensions & Investments reports. Currently, Martin Currie Investment Management is the sole manager for the funds’ international equities.

The $650 million fund is seeking a new manager due to performance issues with Martin Currie, but the firm is allowed to rebid. The portfolio will track the performance of the MSCI ACWI ex-U.S. index.
