Roderick Munsters’ investment philosophy isn’t exactly the picture of Dutch modesty. Since taking over the portfolio at ABP in the Netherlands a little more than two years ago, the 44-year-old has begun a far-reaching overhaul of the giant’s E209 billion ($278 billion) pension fund.
