Pomegranate Capital Management is making a bet that the behavioral differences between men and women really are as varied as Mars and Venus -- particularly when it comes to managing money. Based in part on a recent academic study that found the returns of female money managers to be more consistent than those of their male counterparts, the New Yorkbased firm is launching a fund of funds that will invest solely in hedge funds managed by women.
