First PacTrust Bancorp, the holding company for Pacific Trust Bank, has added Timothy Chrisman as chairman of its board of directors. He succeeds Alvin Majors, who will continue to stay on the company’s board and head the company’s audit committee and the board of directors of the bank.
Currently, Chrisman is chairman of the board of the wholesale credit products and services provider Federal Home Loan Bankof San Francisco. Separately, First PacTrust has appointed Jeff Karish as director and a member of the company’s audit committee. Karish is executive vice president and acting general counsel of Windsor Media Enterprises.
