BATS Europe’s head of compliance and regulatory affairs Anna Westbury has stepped down from her post, Financial News reports. The multilateral trading facility is seeking a replacement for Westbury, who reported to the alternative trading platform’s COO Paul O’Donnell.
Her responsibilities have been reassigned among six of the platform’s employees with compliance duties. Before BATS Europe, Westbury worked as a senior policy associate in the Financial Services Authority’s secondary markets policy group in London.
