NBIM, Crown Estate Buy London Properties

Norges Bank Investment Management and the Crown Estate have acquired two properties on Regent Street in London.

Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) and the Crown Estate have acquired two properties on Regent Street in London. The joint venture, known as Regent Street Partnership, paid a total of £28 million for the acquisition.

Norway’s $570 billion sovereign wealth fund and the real estate company bought Maddox House from Aberdeen Asset Management and 4 Conduit Street from a private investor. On the deal, CB Richard Ellis and SJ Berwin acted for the seller and Cushman and Wakefield represented Aberdeen.
