State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) has named Bill Street as global head of fixed income alpha strategies. The asset management firm also appointed Brian Kinney as global head of fixed income beta solutions. The duo will work under global CIO for fixed income and currency Kevin Anderson. Prior to this, Street served as co-head of active fixed income at State Street, while Kinney headed the firm’s government solutions group.
