Aviva Investors has rolled out a global real estate fund of funds, Professional Pensions reports. The open-ended Aviva Investors Global Real Estate Fund of Funds, designed for U.K. pension schemes, will invest in unlisted funds in the principal and mature markets of Europe.
Catriona Allen is the fund manager and she will work with Aviva’s real estate multi-manager teams in London, New York and Singapore, adds Property Week. The fund is structured as a Jersey Property Unit Trust and intends to generate an annual internal rate of return of 10%, net of expenses over rolling three-year periods.
