Neuberger Berman has appointed David Eckert as global head of infrastructure. He will work under COO, Andrew Komaroff, to serve with the current senior leadership of the firm’s IT and operations groups. Most recently, he served at ING as global COO and CIO of its investment management and insurance division. Prior to that, he worked with JP Morgan Chase as COO of its investment management business.
