Virginia-based Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County (ERFC) has appointed Jeanne Carr as its new executive director and CIO, IM Weekly reports. Carr will replace Alan Belstock, the previous executive director and CIO, effective Dec. 1.
Carr has been system’s deputy executive director since 2005. He has also served as an executive director of the Fairfax County Retirement System and as an investment strategist and financial planner with Private Consulting Group.
