JP Morgan Sells Pensions Advisory Unit

JP Morgan Chase has sold its U.S. pension advisory group to Pacific Life Insurance.

JP Morgan Chase has sold its U.S. pension advisory group to Pacific Life Insurance. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. As a part of the deal, Pacific Life will be rebranded as Pacific Global Advisors and will remain headquartered in New York City. It will continue to be headed by David Oaten and his management team.
