Swedbank has appointed Martin Söderlund, FX Week reports. He will manage foreign exchange sales to large clients and financial institutions, with a focus on emerging markets. Based in Stockholm, Söderlund will assume his new role from October 1. He will work under Matz Eriksson, head of FX sales in Stockholm. Prior to this, Söderlund was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in London as director in the north European FX sales team.
