Bayer Refinances €3.5B Credit Line

German chemical and pharmaceutical company, Bayer, has secured a revolving credit facility worth €3.5 billion.

German chemical and pharmaceutical company, Bayer, has secured a revolving credit facility worth €3.5 billion. The new credit line will refinance the company’s existing €3.5 billion revolving loan, secured in March 2005.

The new credit facility has a tenor of five years and serves for general corporate purposes. The coordinators for the arrangement and syndication of the facility were BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
