Lion Point Capital, an Elliott Associates spinout, has introduced a new life sciences fund, and the firm has indicated that a new energy-related fund is also in the works.
On July 1, Lion Point trotted out the Lion Point Life Sciences fund with internal capital and an anchor investor, according to a person familiar with the firm.
